    4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

    • Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before appointment
    • Late cancellation: May incur a fee if within 24 hours
    • No-show fee: Applied if the crew arrives and customer is not present or property is inaccessible

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to safety issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen conditions.
